    First he re-scheduled our appointment. I was told the results of our lead testing would be prepared this past weekend (3 days ago) and e-mailed to me. It's been 3 days and now he isn't responding to texts or calls. I am about to take this company to small claims court. DO NOT use ANY services from this company.

    This company was contracted to do environmental testing on a home rehab grant ******* for the county. It included standard testing (radon, asbestos, lead) and an added test for mold. The original test was supposed to be performed May7, 2023. ******************* called a few days prior and said he would be unable to make it due to hospitalization involving another work *******. He stated it would be a couple of weeks. I finally heard from him to reschedule for June 16. I contacted him the night of June 15, to find out time. I was sent a text in response that he had to reschedule due to a death, new date June 22. Contacted him again night prior and was told June 26. ******************** did show up on June 26. We were told turned around time for testing is 2-3 weeks. These tests are required to start home rehab. They cannot move forward until complete. ********************, was contacted by the community planner and also myself (i own house) several times, he finally turned in the initial 3 standard tests on Sept 9. The mold test has yet to be turned in (Oct5) It has been almost 3 1/2 months since testing was completed, and 5 1/2 months total since tests were initially planned. I am trying to maintain two homes because I got very ill from the mold in my house and had to leave until ******* could be completed. The last straw was when I got into see a specialist after waiting for over a month to get appt and they asked me to bring the mold reports in with me. I contacted ******************** asking him for results, even explained he did not need to interpret them the dr ****** could handle it. I never got a reply. Tried again explaining once more about the need for them and still got no response. So I had to cancel the appt. And did not reschedule because who knows how long this will be drug out. ******************* is unreliable, he does not follow through, and is impossible to reach. The only positive thing I can say about this experience is he did a thorough job on the standard testing report.
