    Groove productions offered a VIP seat replacement but never responded to multiple requests on how to redeem the offer. Copies of emails pasted below.Good evening, Ms. ***** and Mr. ******* I'm following up on my email asking for clarification and official documentation on Groove Productions offer to provide me with a free VIP ticket. Please provide clarification on what a VIP equates to? Is it platinum? Is it a front row seat? Is there a dollar value? Will Groove Productions send me something official so I may apply it? And email won't work.And, how do I know when Groove Productions will have another event in my area that I may be interested in? I hope Groove Productions is sincere in trying to make this right. I saved and saved to see the artists advertised. I am a single mother and was so excited about the event. So many people are unhappy about the concert. So much money paid for less than half of what was advertised. The looks on everyone's faces that night. It was a massive let ******* my search to get a refund I had a chance to communicate with Mr. ************ at TMF. Although he is not responsible at all, he apologized for the misleading manner in which the concert was promoted. So I ask again that your company do the right thing.
