      On May 1st 2023 I paid $50 to Martinea G*** to the business cash app $TheBizTrap under the pretense that I would be performing on July 8th at Canna Fest. I was not notified until July 6th that the performance was canceled and would be rescheduled for August 19th and which I agreed to perform at the rescheduled event. Ms. G*** disappeared from all social media where we had originally begin conducting business in which I had lost contact with her until August 8th when I was able to locate a phone number in the previous email. I had attempted to communicate with her on August 8th and again on August 11th when I had requested a refund due to lack of communication and not being able to properly prepare for the performance due to not having date time or location information nor any type of flyer or ad to share with my supporters in target audience. I did not receive any response communication until August 11th evening where I was informed that she have been on vacation which was not previously communicated and would not return back from vacation until August 15th yet the performance was scheduled for August 19th and there was no detailed communication as to where when and what time the event was supposed to occur. She refused to give a refund and no refund clause had been provided to me throughout any of the communications we've had from May 1st up until August 11th when I initially requested a refund. I would also like to advise that this business is most likely a scam and has been swindling people out of money under a false pretense for a service.

      We are very transparent with our policies and we require all clients to view our policies prior to renting. We enforce a firm non-refundable policy and we offer credits in the event of a cancellation on either parties end. We understand that can allow for some to be happy, therefor we are reviewing our policies as a collective and seeing how to best accommodate all clients. 

      We also understand we will not be able to satisfy everyone’s needs unfortunately, however we want to always provide fairness in honoring our disclosed terms. 

      Again, we sincerely apologize for the poor experience you had and we are happy to speak with you directly regarding remedying this matter.

      Owner illegally rented a property she had no rights to on july 8 2023. Owner refuse to refund funds owed of 600.00. Owener states she had no idea she couldnt rent the space. Owner breached her own contract and has not submitted for a refund.

      Your review is in accurate. As of December 1, 2022 until July 15, 2023 I have had full access to
      the space located at *** ** **** ***** ********** ** *****. He were leaving a review on a
      completely separate business.

      Further, I rented the venue to you on July 8, 2023 and I allowed for your niece **** ******, the
      young lady responsible for the mess event that shut down my southside venue in 2022, to arrive
      early. Upon her arrival, she noticed someone else was in the space. We have documentation
      that the landlord of the building allowed for his daycare tenant to utilize my event space for their
      school graduation.

      That is not my fault, nor within my control. Upon communicating this with you both, various
      threats were made from yourself and your family members. Therefore, I chose to go the legal
      route, and I am awaiting court correspondence from yourself and/or your family.

      Policy number one states that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We offer an
      alternative venue or rescheduling date. Both of those accommodations were offered to you and
      you decided to violently request a refund continuously. A refund will not be rendered as we are
      upholding our end of the policies.
