    I overall enjoyed the fitness classes. This review is in regards to the payment agreement. I cancelled my payment agreement in August 2022. I was paying $99 monthly for use of the service. The cancelation was signed. There was a 1 month fee for cancelation which was paid in September 2022, which should have been the final time my card was charged. October 2022 I was mistakenly charged the $99, which happened to overdraft my account. After a few phone calls, the amount was refunded to my account. I was assured it was a system glitch and that it would not happen again. Today, November 2022, my card was charged again for the $99. I sent a text to the number on file and about an hour later it was refunded to my account. I'm glad they refunded me yet again, but it is very concerning that they can continually charge your account without consent even after you signed the cancelation documentation months prior. Hopefully this is the final time I have to deal with this, but I wanted to warn others of the business practices.
