    Went to the Pittsburgh location on Northway Dr. on Saturday, October 22nd from 1:30pm - approximately 5pm.
    Worst service I’ve ever encountered! Very rude bar/restaurant staff! Had to order food online and have delivered to our table because we didn’t have a waitress doing her job. The manager even blamed us for the terrible service. He then had security follow us out when we left. I’ve never been treated so bad in my life. These people were nasty from the very beginning. We were just a group of veterans trying to enjoy an afternoon watching the UFC fights. Turned into THE worst dining experience of our lives. I’m appalled by their behavior. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Also…they just like leaving dirty dishes sitting on the bar for 2 hours after the person leaves.

    I arrived at this restaurant around 230 pm and sat at the bar. Placed next were empty glasses and half eaten salad, along with the bar tab which was closed at 2pm. The bartender continued to serve drinks and food to customers while the old food and dirty glasses just sat there. This continued until approximately 430pm. These actions showed no regard for the health or safety of any of the other customers and are dangerous due to the poultry on the salad being under serving temperature and a feeding ground for salmonella.
    When the manager was confronted he did nothing to fix the situation and defended his staff, who was rude, slow, and honestly the worst service ive ever had in any establishment in my 41 years on this planet

    ********, Thank you for reaching out to help in the resolution of this matter. Unfortunately, I believe Mr. ******* to be part of the group that harassed my staff and wrote "KYS" on their receipt. If you're not familiar with that acronym it means kill yourself. Regardless of how poor you believe your service that you received to be, I find this unacceptable, and I am unwilling to do anything that would bring them back into my business. The KYS on the receipt was just the end to a nonstop barrage on insults and slander. The also left a similar complaint on my company website. Though I was not here this day, this is my understanding of how this went down. They made reservations on Open Table, 2 showed up at the bar the other 2 showed up late. None of them checked into the host stand. When the 2 showed up the 4 of them self sat at a dirty table. When the server asked them if she could move them to a clean table they insulted her and shewed her away. A manager spoke with them about their behavior and asked them to stop. Any time the server walked passed the table they would insult her and when she would serve them they would tell her how awful she is. If this is not the same group please let me know. Also reach out if you would like to continue a discussion on these guests. Attached is the information that I have to help assist in this matter.
