    I have been having a very bad experince with the district maanager at this location, Bascially Subway platform is to have your food done the way you want it to be. This manager inflicts nonsense rules that are HIS own rules, the workers at this location are excellent, this is why I gve them so muc of my money. However when the District manager is there, some issue always arises. Today I used a coupon to buy a foot long hoagie, I asked him if he could place my lett/tom in a baggie for me to eat later. I was TOLD NO BECAUSE I USED A COUPON. I am black I always feels this person is being racist towards me. The last time i interacted with the same Diststrict Manager I asked him not to heat my hoagie I would eat it later I was told NO because he had to heat the meat. However this time when I asked if he could not heat the meat up he said that fine but the last time it was a issue. This DISTRICT manager is very harsh towards me. I want to talk to someone one above him or get my mone back.

    I also want to mention the following the district manager is not always in this subway. However when he is he changes the rules but seems to be mainly with minorities. I'm not the only who has left soon as you see him. I used a coupon for my food I was told because I used the coupon I could not have my accessories in a baggie. I offered to pay was told you used a coupon. What is the issue with being singled out from using the coupon? Also there was a gentleman who came in seemed probably homeless. However he had money for coffee the first thing he asked was is it a issue with me buying coffee today. Clearly the district manager is abusive towards customers. When I say no one was in line people open. The door saw him and left. I stood my ground because Everytime I interact with him he mistreats me. I order a cheese steak I asked for it not to be heated he said Im heating it up. I looked at him like this is Subway have it your way. He refused I actually left. When I came this week I gasped and asked if my hoagie could not be heated he complied but when I said a simply request of not adding my letter tom I prefer to added it AFTER it's heated he said You used a coupon so you can't have a baggie. I have one to many exchanges with him. He also implied nothing would happen to him if I call the number on the recipient. I was already aware they don't respond because I been complained. But since he told me in so many words I choose to use the bbb to reach his boss. I want my money back he is rude to me I'm paying for this food. His workers put my items in a baggie. So either they should tell me NO to or he should have done it but I despise this person I want them to know they are losing business when he's present. I simply want my $7.00 back because as I got upset he half completed my order sent me out the door very irritated. I want my money because I'm done with being bullied.

    I already filed a case I had a rep name Angela S****, however she sent a email to me, I responded yet I never heard back from her. I did email her twice, I went to Subway on Jan 11,2024 at 7:10am, The District manager has treated me poorly in the past. He for some reason singles me out which I notices. He doesn't offer the Service Subway Offers to Customers, I had a coupon I asked if my lett/tom could be placed in a baggie he said NO you used a Coupon. The last time I interacted with him I asked him not to heat my food I had intended on eating it later he said NO I am heating it so I walked out. Because the only time its a issue with my order is when he is there. If they watch the video I only question him about his lack of service, no profanity was used no yelling. However when I attempted to back to buy food again he told me I am not serving you. I feel because of the color of my skin he has been mistreating me. I have a crazy year I had my bank account hacked so I turned to the BBB. My mother committed Suicide I have been depressed barely eat. Subway is the one thing I actually desire. To be mistreated and ignored is poor. I made another case since I never heard back from Angela S****
