    On Sunday 5-25-25, I purchased a 12" Meatball Marinara hoagie from this Subway restaurant. The meatballs were flavorless and it seemed like they changed their supplier. They were not beef and pork, but had a grainy consistency. I spoke with the girl who made the sandwich on the phone that same Sunday.I brought the sandwich back to the restaurant today (Tuesday 5-27-25) as instructed with the receipt. They never told me that I had to bring the entire hoagie back. Why they would need a partially eaten hoagie is beyond me.They denied me a full refund saying that I they can only refund half of the sandwich when I paid for a 12" one. They also lied about the product they serve.Very deceptive business. I want a full refund for the purchase. Not a gift card or a replacement, a refund.

    I am writing to apologize that the visit on May 25, 2025 didnt meet your expectations. I spoke with my team and yes, the female you spoke with gave you the right information but she shouldve also advised you that the whole sandwich needed to be brought in for a full refund. I also spoke to the manager and she advised you that since the other sandwich was missing, she would offer you half refund, we didnt deny the refund. In regards to your accusation, I've been in the subway restaurant business for 31+ years and never once been accused of running a deceptive business or lying about my products. We have policies in place to keep our product fresh and up to date. My employees are trained to follow food policies and what to do when something doesnt seem right. As you requested, we are issuing a full refund. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to the store.
