      I FILED FOR RETIREMENT IN APRIL OF 2023, I HAVE DONE EVERTHING THAT THIS COMPANY HAS ASKED OF ME AND THEY CONTINUE TO MESS UP MY APPLICATION. BECAUSE OF THAT I HAVE HAD TO HAVE MY PAPERWORK NOTARIZE 3 TIMES. IT IS OCTOBER 17 AND I RETIRED ON SEPTEMBER 1ST AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY PAYMENTS FROM THEM. I HAVE STARTED MY RETIREMENT STRESSED OUT BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY.

      I've been trying to get my dad's estate settled since April 1st. Every time I call, they say they have the wrong form, so I get the forms they need notarized and resend them and speak with someone else and again they are not the right forms. I've asked to speak with a supervisor and ****** says that they will call me back in ***** hours. What? They are the worst. They hold your money hostage, and no one knows what they are doing, except *******. She said the forms are correct and that they are still, "in Process" but doesn't know why they are in process for so long they should be looked at within ***** days. Please don't put your money with TIAA. As I look, I see that this company isn't BBB accredited. I can see why. They have their heads up there you know what's. I will not even give them one star. They get a big fat Zero cause that's what they are. I tried to give a zero star, but BBB wouldn't let me so one star it is.

      I retired from state university in February of 2022. Document package needing completion to retain Group Life Insurance was never sent to me. I have now lost this benefit that I worked so hard for. I am devastated and am working to move all funds out. I've lost all confidence in this company.
