    I have used this business in the past and they were ok, nothing to get excited about...
    Recently, they claim to have called me to set up an appointment for my church but I did not find their name or number on my home Caller ID. They did send an email to me but I do not check emails daily.
    Several days past and when they got no response from me, they searched the internet, found my Bishop's office and emailed them explaining they needed to contact me.
    My Bishop contacted me and was not very happy about this business contacting him and I was reprimanded (like I wasn't doing my job as President of the church).
    I was furious, called the business and spoke to the Service Manager Eddie and complained I received NO calls from ABC. He said staff tried to call me 5 times but I said I had no Caller ID record of their calls. He didn't believe me and stopped short of calling me a liar. I then told him they had no right or authority or permission to contact the Bishop. Eddie eventually offered a half hearted apology, saying the staff searches the internet for contacts in order to make appointments. My reply was that the company must be desperate for business if you have to search for contacts and if you get no reply to your calls, maybe the customer is no longer interested in doing business with them. Of course, I will not do business with such an unprofessional group like this!
