    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I was not asked to return the product and I did show pictures of the product to Dan the manager.  He told me to eat the fish anyway. I asked for a refund and I told them my credit card had been compromised and to please mail a refund in the form of a check. They refused.

    ******** ******

id," well, you didn't get sick did you?"
I asked for a refund as I spent over 250.00 on the fish. He said they won't do that. He argued with me and made me feel like I was lying to him. I am extremely unhappy and to not be believed. which is worse, I will not purchase seafood again through this company. Most especially their mission statement is :" Make Customers Happy".

    To whom it may concern,

We were made aware that the customer was not happy with the Cod and Haddock. We advised this customer to return the product for a refund. Customer said she threw the product away. Customer only had the product for one day. Customer wanted to be refunded by check. We offered to refund using the credit card that was used to make the purchase.

    Thank You

****** ******** *******tice of Wholeys normally. He said there was nobody else to speak to. My brother then came in and Richard came from the back and said whoever that chick was who posted shouldn't have so now go back and tell them the price went up. My brother just replied why would you speak to me like that as a customer.

    In response to your complaint:

Dear ******, on Saturday February 3rd the day of the reported event, ****** ******* was contacted via telephone by Wholey's owner, Jim W*****, he personally apologized for the incident that occurred within our store involving another teammate. The manor in which that teammate conducted himself toward ****** is not conducive of our company standards.

Jim W***** then offered to honor the price of the 40 lb. case of small chicken wings that were once advertised at $64.99. ****** agreed to this and visited Wholey's on Sunday, February 4th to receive the merchandise at the promised price of $64.99.

During the week of February 11th ****** ******* returned to Wholey's where the above-mentioned teammate personally apologized to her for his actions that took place on February 3rd.
