      I made a purchase online from Amish Yard on 4/29/2023 for a total purchase price of $2478.69. I purchased a poly sofa, 2 rocking chairs and a coffee table. Order was delivered by fed ex on 5/19/2023. On review of package left by Fedex I noticed label on side that said total of 9 boxes and I counted 7 within the wrapping. I photographed the delivery/packaging and called Amish yard. I have been working with a woman on this case yet no resolution. I sent several photos of how delivery sat as well as opened each box with photo of contents and side of box. We are now nearly 1 week from delivery and no contact to say what the resolution will be yet they have taken my money in full. I am missing my coffee table and a set of cushions to complete my sofa. This is is unacceptable customer service.

      Upon receiving the customer's complaint about shipping errors, we promptly initiated an investigation to determine the root cause. We reassured the customer that we would address the issue and take appropriate actions. Our team worked diligently to replace the missing items in the shortest possible time frame. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill and to compensate for the inconvenience caused, we issued a refund amounting to $129.30.

       I would like to inform you that the refund was processed on 5/25/23, and the missing items were shipped and subsequently received by the customer on 6/2/2023. You may track them here:  *****************************************************************
