  This business is fraudulent and shady. They claim to rent new furniture for a higher price, but it is not new. I rented a "new couch, box spring, nightstand." The nightstand had mold in it, the couch was worn and had a tag that read "secondhand, disinfected and sanitized" and the box spring was completely worn on all sides. I woke up with bites all over the next morning. They lied to me and threatened me when I told them this was clearly used.

  Ms. ******** rented furniture from us. On Friday, December 30th, 2022, I, ****** *******, stayed after hours to walk ******** through our showroom via Facetime to choose her furniture. The Chofa she is claiming "second hand" was what she chose AFTER I informed her that it was not used by any person but was in a Home Staging. When it returned from the staging we sanitized and cleaned it, hence the tag. ******** agreed to take that Chofa since it was the only one like it we had in stock.
  We have video proof of the Brand New Mattress being loaded on the truck. The Box Spring got scuffed by moving it into her apartment. She was upset the the box spring wasn't new. We also have video proof of the nightstand being removed from the box before getting loaded on the truck and the Headboard still had the tag on upon delivery.
  The furniture was delivered. ******** called screaming at me after hours demanding we make a change because the box spring was scuffed. I tried to tell her we weren't able to do that until Monday since it was Friday evening. Her reply "that's not going to work ******". She then called my boss who was out of town. He tried to speak calmly to ******** but she was screaming at the top of her lungs at him. He agreed to exchange the items, Friday evening, the same day as delivery all items were replaced by new ones in the wrapper. All of the items she had were new as per our video of loading. He had two of his friends do this for us at 9:00 PM.
  If in fact she woke up with "bites all over", why wouldn't she give our furniture back? We had to hire an attorney to get her to return our furniture 3 weeks later. ******** did not pay for the time she had our furniture. She made us jump through hoops to get it back. We made several attempts to get our furniture back immediately because she wasn't happy. She kept giving us the run around until we hired an attorney. Even then she gave us a hard time.
  In my opinion this woman is not of sound mind. You can look at her history of reviews and see she does nothing by try to get everything for free and if not she attacks the business.
  ******** was NEVER threatened in any of the conversations. It is her that has used threats. ******** used my bosses cell phone and signed him up for multiple inappropriate sites. One being where he got a photo of a dog with a hole in his head. She has placed a false google review under the name of **** ******* stating the same thing her google review says.
