    I had apr garage doors install a new garage door and opener on my garage. 6 months in I started having issues. I reached out to the owner, ******. Only to be met with attitude. I reached out again, weeks later only for him to tell me, I ordered the part so I let it go for weeks. And when I reached out to him 12 days in a row I got nothing in return from him. I still havent received an answer on when h*** be fixing my door, that he installed wrong today I had enough and fixed it myself.

    I was contacted by **** ***** on April 29th 2025 stating he was having issues with his opener. I responded by asking a few questions and one being how long it had been happening. Youll see his response was its been doing it for a while and he had hope it would go away lol. The error code had shown a possible bad travel module/rpm sensor. I told him I would get it ordered for him as I do not keep those in stock and also wanted to check with liftmaster on warranty. Although running an opener for a while with an issue hoping it would go away may not have been the best thing to do. I was away on a family vacation for *************************************************** Now my concerns are that in his claim he stated that he fixed it himself. He is not a qualified technician and I dont know what all he worked on. After ordering the part on May 1st I was not given much time to receive the part and address the issue as this is an extremely busy time of the year. image0.*********.png
