    My family has leases with *** that they have not paid us any royalties on for over one year. I have been trying to reach *** to discuss my concerns. I continually call Landowner relations and email with barely any response. I will be told, my case is being investigated and I should hear back in a few weeks but I never hear back. When I call for information they say they have none or the file is in legal and they cannot communicate with legal. However they also will not provide me any contact information for legal or update me on why I have received no payment.

    On 11/7/23, I received a letter dated 11/2/23 RE: Account #******, ******* ** ******* (attached) stating they were holding unclaimed funds. On 11/7/23, I called EQT and spoke with an agent. I explained that ******* was my father and died on ******. His wife, **** (my mother) is still living at the address of record (** ******** ******* ******* ** *****), and her mail is being temporarily forwarded to my address (**** ******** ****** ******* ** *****), the address EQT addressed the letter to. When I gave the agent the account number, she said she "couldn't find any information regarding the account." and would have to have someone else look into it. That evening, I provided the information I located on the Washington County PA website regarding the oil and gas lease including deed book and page, date, and company name. I also provided *******'s death certificate as the agent said it would be needed, as well as my POA for my mother, her Letter of Testamentary for my father, and the Estate ID Number and information.

    I suggested that since there is an estate account, they release the funds to the Estate of ******* ** *******. I also said they could perhaps release the funds to his spouse, his executor, who is also included on the deed that I provided them information on. If neither of those options work, they could release the funds to the state treasures office, as their letter stated.

    I have heard nothing back from them. On 11/21, and again on 12/5/23, I called the company, stayed on hold for over 20 minutes, then left a voice mail message each time, neither of which were returned. I have received no response to either email.

    I have not received a check from them, nor has the money been released to the state, although the letter from EQT states that it would de be on 12/2/23.

    This needs to be resolved ASAP, as our lawyer is in the process of closing out the estate. Send a check to the estate, or release the funds to the state, now.

    I wanted to let you know I made contact with ***** ******* today at ###-###-#### at 4:32PM in regard to the escheat letter we sent to her in November. It looks like we had a mishap with her email address on file. We have made contact and below is the follow up communication via email after our call.

    EQT will need transfer documentation from ***** showing her mother receives her deceased father's interest. ***** is in the process of getting her father WILL recorded in Greene County PA and will send a W-9 form for her mother.

    If you are looking for a monetary amount of what we have held please provide an unrecorded copy of the WILL while you are in the process of getting the WILL recorded.

    An inheritance from my dad gave me underground mining royalty rights. EQT lead me to believe they were purchasing the rights to mine for oil and gas, and pay periodic royalties for same.. The check that came stated that they now owned the rights forever, no royalties for me.

    I own oil and mineral rights with my brother and sister. Three of us split the share because it was my mother's who passed away several years ago. They sent my brother and sister a check June 9, 2022. I've yet to receive my 1/3 of the payment. I have been contacting this company through phone calls and emails since June 14, 2022 and every excuse possible has been used to avoid me. The last excuse was that they were not using the land at the time so they were trying to decide if they should send me a check, although they sent my brother and sister a check and still owe us 1/3 they haven't paid.
