    Two transactions one in last week of August and one on I believe on Sept 2 2022. the receipts have no dates>>>
    He was presented with a sad story about his life...He read me like a book. Then told me how he does everything especially cement work..the work is more than shoddy>>>A contractor, who happens to be a neighbor, pointed out that from the beginning he did not frame the walk with right materials nor did he and workers lay a foundation of gravel and re barb...he played concrete after dark mixing it in my front yard..one worker spreading it while he talked to his "Girl"for hours, while pacing up and down the street, ran out of concrete, and he came back at 5 AM after a down pour of rain...then he came back maybe 5 hours later removed the frame and the edges crumbled. concrete must sit for 24 hrs...I was at my mothers visiting(she has Alzheimers)when he sent me a pic which di not show the flaws..like an idiot I sent him the rest of the payment. Also a neighbor told me that he was "making out with his girl" infront of my house....and saw that he had an ankle bracelet. He said that he and his girlfriend were heroin addicts and are 5 years clean...MY empathy got the best of me, after losing a daughter from an overdose. He promised to come back to replace the bricks between my neighbors side walk and my side walk(between our houses)..Never showed up. its been almost a week. I need to take him to court...Please help me. I was scammed. I charged it on my credit card....I am 72 and have a fixed income.
