      I had ordered the Xs and Os roses bundle for my daughter at college in Pittsburgh. I placed the Order Feb 13th to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. When she received the order the flowers were not at all as expected. I paid and ordered ROSES. She had received two roses, carnations and lilies in which lilies she is allergic to. This completely turned Into a disaster. No co tact was made asking if this was even ok. The flowers were not pretty at all. I could have gotten them at Walmart for cheaper and much prettier. I have made multiple attempts to call the store and even corporate. I left messages and no one has yet to return my call. I have attached pictures as to what I ordered and what was received. This is completely uncalled for and I am disgusted

      I purchased an Edible Arrangement for a friend who loss two family members a week apart. I asked that the arrangement be delivered at 2:30pm which the manager stated that is perfectly fine. I got a call around 9:30am from the delivery person stating that he is outside. I informed him that I asked for the arrangement to be delivered at 2:30pm. He stated okay and that he will come back. I called the manager to make him aware and he and stated that the driver will come back. I then got a call around 1:30pm from the driver stating he is outside, and I made him aware again that no one is there until 2:30pm. He stated that he will come back. The driver came back at 2:30pm and gave me the arrangement., He tried to take a picture of me to confirm delivery and I told him no! He then took a picture of the arrangement. After unwrapping the fruit my friend noticed it was bad and sent me pictures. She bit into a strawberry, and it was molded. I called the store and spoke to the manager, and he stated that he will speak to the owner when he comes in and give me a call back. The manager never called me back. I called the next day and was told the manager got fired. I was also told that a note will be left for the owner to give me a call and the owner never called. I called the next day and asked for corporate’s number and was told to google it. I called corporate and they made several attempts to contact the store and was unsuccessful. I would like a refund ASAP! This store is very unprofessional and rude! I was also told that the owner does not speak English.

      We are very sorry to hear about this experience. Owner contacted customer directly, and resolved this complaint. We offered a redelivery for the customer, however customer requested a full refund.
