Was not treated like a human being here. They should be ashamed of themselves. Filthy, filthy office and they seem to take pride in making people feel shamed and less than.

The people that work here are supposed to be helping people. However there are a few that obviously shouldnt be there. Today I had received a voicemail message saying that I needed to call in to reschedule because a provider was no longer available. When I called In to reschedule the first available appt was a month from now. When I insisted on changing the mental health assessment to work around the physical appointment. They acted as though I was wrong as if they didnt need to accommodate me. While also escalating the call in any way possible. When they said that they could not reschedule my telehealth assessment, I said well then maybe we should just cancel it because I want it to fit around my physical. Without warning or confirmation, They (******** and *******) canceled the telehealth appointment and told me that I needed to call the state. Apparently, apparently there was also a third caller on the line. Abusing my personal rights such as HIPAA. The third color name was ******. I found that out by calling back for documents to be mailed and asking a few probing questions. As well as requesting to speak to a manager Above ********. Reason being is because the nature of the first phone call did not sit right. It felt abusive, Unprofessional, Non-empathetic, And inappropriate. When I went on to tell what I thought to be a supervisor named ******. She starts to disagree with me and try and go back and forth. By talking over me. After I said, I agree to disagree and I would just like to speak to your supervisor. She continued to be loud so I disconnected the phone call while saying Id call back to speak with a real manager. The reason I was so disappointed in customer service is because as I was requesting A different appointment to match the appointment that I had no choice but to change ( The physical exam and the telehealth appointment) A representative named ******* took it upon herself to cancel that telehealth appointment and make me call the state. ????

I believe they owe me 5 stars. First off. they misrepresented the credentials of the person that was examining me. This nurse comes in and starts naming my afflictions and kept asking me the same stupid question on each one:" How do you know?".......How do i know what???? i kept telling her i don't understand the question...i don't know, these specialists that review the multiple tests they sent me for told me. She only looked at me 3 times. She never asked anything about pain, She had me try to lift my arm, got it chest high. told me to squat, which i couldn't because a year earlier i had a compression type intro-articular calcaneal fracture that i am still recovering from. she told me to go up on my toes, i told her i can't, i just told you about my fracture i am still trying to recover from. all this should be in my records. At this point, i am starting to have a panic attack because of their lack of compassion and their obvious discontent having me there. She listened to my lungs and sent me off. It was a complete JOKE. I don't believe she even had my records. If you go for an appointment, video the entire thing and have someone else assist you to be a witness of their entire lack of compassion or integrity. This is no exam, this is a stop gap in place to deny you your benefits. They need to be sued for malpractice.

Due to HIPAA constraints we are unable to address any specific complaint. However, the nature of our assessments are one time to assess objective findings upon examination. Pain is a subjective finding which may show upon range of motion or other times throughout the examination. Our providers measure responses to all aspects of the examination. Our providers review any and all background medical information that is shared by the agency that referred the individual to our office.

This review is very confusing. IMA is a professional medical corporation and we take that role seriously. All our offices are cleaned daily by a professional cleaning service. They are sanitized following each examination. It is very hard to establish any credibility to this review. It is unfortunate as these types of review have a negative impact and perpetuate this type of standard.

I would rate it 0 stars if that was possible. Two times I have went, and two times I have got turned down for a simple drug test collection. The first time I was turned down it was after 3pm (contrary to what ****** says, these people stop collecting tests one and a half hours prior to closing). The second time I arrived at 12:40pm. The staff informed me that there was a 3 hour long wait (there were a maximum of 12 people in the waiting room) and that they would not be collecting any more samples for the rest of the day. I even asked if I could wait the 3 hours, but to no avail. Considering drug tests are urgent and need to be completed relatively quickly to when they are requested, it is unbelievably unprofessional that this place would have such a random distribution of times where they simply stop service. These people need to bring back their online appointment scheduling, because it is clear they can not budget their own time properly.

Due to HIPA regulations we are not able to address specific complaints that might identify our clients. However, in general, we do not have three hour wait times. We do limit drug testing hours due to the labs pick up times for specimens. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

First off the office was filthy. The office staff was extremely rude. *******, the nurse practitioner was cold and of course, rude. I have never been treated so poorly. ************* is definitely in the wrong profession. My wife researched her credentials and not impressive for her to treat clients with such arrogance.

Due to HIIPA regulations we are not permitted to address specific client information. In general, our offices are clean and are sanitized daily. Our staff is trained to be sensitive and considerate of the population that is sent to us by government agencies.
