  Climatech has put in my lennox heating/ac unit on a brand new house that is a year and half old. Since January I have had multiple services calls as my furnace runs for ***** minutes at a time causing my electric bill to be SKY high. In a year we have paid over 4k. ever since December last year our I have been complaining that our furnace and heat pump are not working properly. Our house is ********************************* December my bill was $584. which confirmed to me my unit is not working properly. I called Climatech and they came out and said everything was normal nothing wrong. I had a family friend retired hvac guy come out who said the heat pump was not kicking on and reversing value was stuck but the original company has to fix it, as he cannot due to being retired. I call them back and told them and they send someone out and said its fine. I notice every time our furnace kicks on say its set at 68 it drops to ***** then has to heat back up to 68. February comes around as my furnace ran for 150 hours in January. and I call the company again. They come out say the reversing valve again is fine. but the unit inside was making a rattling noise so they fix. They stated something in the furnace got moved. & insulate the hole under the thermostat & the outside unit got recharged. it seemed to have worked for a little bit but then it started to get warmer and we didnt use it as much. during summer it worked fine with air conditioning. October 15th i called again, the furnace is loud. running for an hour at a time. keep in mind its 55 degrees outs. the thermostat is dropping when the heat kicks on. im advised my service warranty is up. but they will come as a one time to diagnosis it. they come out. they again fix something in the unit becuase it was loud when it was shutting off. and ordered a new thermostat they come and replace it. call again replace the defrost board. still is not fixed and running for hours at a time. i need help asap.

  On Friday, November 29th our management team performed a site visit to troubleshoot the Lennox heat pump system.  After further inspections, we found that the Thermal Expansion Valve contained within the Lennox system was faulty.  We ordered the part from ****** and returned after its arrival on 12/4 to make the repair.  In addition to the repair on the system we performed an air balance to better balance the air flow in the home.  ***** services were performed at no charge to the customer.  This complaint has been addressed and a solution reached.
