    I would never recommend this company to anyone! #1 did not bother to call back at any point, after looking at the job or to communicate with me that he wasn't interested in the job. He said that he would put an estimate together and get back to me. He did neither, nor did he return calls. Then, I did speak to him about this again, after I called him, but once again he led me to believe he was interested in doing the job and would get back to me soon... I am done waiting on this guy! The job was to replace the broken, leaking exhaust vent piping from the furnace and water heater. I had explained the need to get this done asap and the basic size of the project. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL, in my opinion! A little courtesy, communication and honesty would have been all I would have expected. Thanks, for the wait for nothing, #1. Hope any other prospective customers don't get jerked, by your lacking business etiquette! ******

    Hello ****, I apologize you had a bad interaction with an unprofessional employee. I can assure you that it was not our company you spoke with. We have no records of your name or contact information. Unfortunately, our company has many HVAC Companies with similar names in surrounding areas that are confused with us. We are a family owned local business and you would have spoken with one of 2 owners directly for scheduling. We have come across this problem before and this was the situation at hand. I apologize for any inconvenience and confusion. *********
