    He is only concerned about the money and refuses to take care of the tenants. **** has to be forced to do any repairs, if he does them. His attitude is that no one can tell him what to do. His property has been infested with flies and is now infested with rodents and mold. Knowing what I know now, I will never move into any of his properties. As a tenant, be prepared to be blamed when anything has to be fixed because he NEVER takes responsibility for anything. He will try to extra charge you and tell you not to let anyone know. I could go on and on. BEWARE!
