9/13/2023, This company was responsible for caring for my uncle **** ****** and no one called nor showed up to work. **** is paralyzed and requires care 22hrs of the day! On this particular day **** was left unattended from 4pm-9am, the next day. I'm still unsure if anyone is at his place of residence, I called him this morning & I have-not received an answer, so now I will have to go do a welfare check. This is unacceptable, especially that this is not the first couple of times this has been done to him! He literally sat there alone for over 12hrs with no water, food, medication, or a clean body! I hate that companies take advantage of people in this way, we all will get old, would you want to be treated this way. no. And things can change for any of us at any given time, so you never know what you may need people for... So treat others you would want to be treated! Whos' fault would it have been if there was an emergency? What I'm trying to get at is that someone had a job to do & the fact that a customer was knowing left unattended, someone needs to be held responsible. This company needs to to take action so this never occurs again! Because believe me, if this is happening to my Uncle its happening to someone else's loved ones as well, & this issue needs to be fixed ASAP!
