    Thank you for your letter dated October 28, 2022 relative to the complaint files against American
    Window Industries (AWI) ** ****** *************** ** ********. Per your request, I am writing to
    submit our response to this consumer’s complaint.


    American Window Industries/Premiere Kitchen & Bath has been accredited with the BBB for 23 years
    with an A+ rating. We respond to customer complaints on a timely basis.
    ****** **************r had expressed interest in our company at a Pet Show in December 2021
    where she provided her contact information. We have contacted her since that time but our system was
    not noted that she no longer was interested in our services. We have now updated her information and
    she will no longer be called.


    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to ****** **************r’s complaint filed with the BBB of
    Western Pennsylvania. American Window values the service the BBB provides both Pennsylvania
    consumers and businesses. We continue to welcome consumers who feel it necessary to address
    concerns with the quality of our service through the forum the BBB provides. As always, we are
    committed to providing consumers with only the highest quality service. Your organization allows us to
    publicly demonstrate this commitment.
