Do NOT use Legacy Remodeling! They were nice when we spent $35k on new hardy board siding and now when we need repairs which were willing to pay for, they told us to reach out to another contractor because they arent taking those jobs right now!We specifically went to the Home Show to talk to them and they emailed afterwards and told us basically were out of luck. Do NOT contact them if you want a contractor that will help with repairs and maintenance in the future.Absolute joke of a company and rude!

Mrs ******* I am sorry to hear that you are upset with us regarding the siding we installed for you in back in 2015. Unfortunately in the 10 years since then we stopped offering ****** Board siding. Since we no longer sell or install this product we do not have anyone on staff who is familiar with its installation or who is capable of properly repairing the wind damage you encountered. We also do not take on paid service work in the early spring so that we can make sure we attend to any customers who need warranty service (early spring is our busiest time for this as people go outside for the first time and inspect their homes after winter). I was polite when I replied to your husbands email and attempted to be helpful by suggesting reaching out to some handyman type companies. Since that was our only communication about this, I am unsure as to where I was rude but if I offended you in any way, I apologize. I am happy to jump on a call to see how I can better assist you but so far have not been able to get through to you on a call. I did email you my personal cell phone number. Legacy has been the best contractor we have used at any of the houses we have owned. We first used them to replace weathered vinyl siding on the side of the house that faces the street. **** ********** was the representative that came out to discuss our options since we were considering putting scalloped siding on the ***** end of the house for a Victorian look. His knowledge of the business and the products they use made us confident made us confident that the work would be completed to our satisfaction. We checked online reviews and BBB ratings to help make up our minds to go with Legacy. The work was completed exactly as we wanted even though we made a few changes part way through the job.The crew was easy to work with and they kept the work site clean including making sure there were no nails in the gravel driveway which would cause flat tires. The siding job greatly improved the appearance of the house. We will be using Legacy for another job to replace siding, shutters, and attic ventsLegacy Remodeling, Inc.

I dont leave reviews a lot, but when a company as good as Legacy comes along, its the least I could! They got me on schedule as soon as possible so I could have my kitchen done for my husbands birthday. The sales staff, scheduling staff and installers were so awesome to work with! The price was fantastic and I could not be happy with the outcome! They even got me a color I wanted even though it wasnt even an option. You will not be disappointed if you go with this company for your kitchen remodel.Legacy Remodeling, Inc.

Beyond pleased with the work of Legacy Remodeling with the i stallation of a new front door and stone veneer in the front of the house. They went above and beyond identifying and fixing a wood rot problem I wasnt aware of. While I thought they were pricey, the professionalism and craftsmanship of the crew and friendliness of the sales team made the project worth it. ******, the salesperson, was wonderful to work with. He is a very impressive young man. All went well with the installation. The installer **** did a great job. He was very polite and professional. He cleaned up well after the work was completed and finished the job timely. The door is beautiful. All the staff I interacted with in the office were friendly and helpful. Had Legacy come out to give me a bid on windows. Ordered the windows and am extremly pleased with them. Great quality and suberb customer service. Our salesman **** ********** was extremly knowledgeable. Would recommend Legacy great product and staff.Legacy Remodeling, Inc.

Excellent...it was definitely a job well done!!!!!The arched iron storm door which was custom made with our input, involving an intricate leaf design, was absolutely beautifully crafted and installed flawlessly. We had one minor problem with the security lock which was attended to and corrected the next day!Legacy Remodeling, Inc.
