    If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This vet was cruel and disgraceful. In a home visit to help us peacefully euthanize our 20+ year old family cat, she made sure to tell my mom she "hoped she learned her ****** in waiting this long" and about how cruel it was of us. In a moment of deep grief for our family and saying goodbye to a cat that was deeply loved, this was insanely unprofessional and heartless. Our cat had shown no signs of discomfort until two days prior, and my mother called the next day to schedule something. There was no unnecessary waiting on our part. I would never recommend this to anyone as this was such an obvious lack of empathy. When someone is trusting you with this difficult decision to say goodbye to a family pet, they do not need to hear about how cruel they are or how badly their animal is suffering. Absolutely disgraceful and I hope that in the future the vet will think more carefully about the fragile situation that they are in. Completely disgusting.
