    My husband received medical treatment on 10.08.2023. One of the bills arrived in the amount of $418.18 and we sent a check on 11.10.2023 for the full amount. That check was cashed on 11.13.2023.

    On 12.27.2023 I received another bill for that amount telling me it was past due. This was dated 12.18.2023 but I received it on or around the 27th. I called the number and Marge put the account on hold for 30 days and advised me that I needed to send a copy of the front and back of my check to their email address to start an investigation. Marge said it should take 2-3 weeks to resolve.

    I began calling back to check a status on 1.10.2024. Abby told us to call back in a week.
    Called on 1.18.2024 and talked to Maya who said a supervisor would call us back that day. We were told none were available to talk because they were dealing with other issues.
    No one called us back.
    Called again on 1.19.2024 and Gabriel told us to check next week.
    Called on 1.26.2024 and Kevin said he was sending it up and we would get an email.
    That never happened.
    I called today and talked to Francis. I asked to only speak to a supervisor. I was told verbatim the same phrase we were told the first time - that all supervisors were busy with other issues and they could call me back. I refused because we were promised that before and nothing happened. I told him I would wait on the line until a supervisor was done with another issue and could speak. After a long hold Francis came back to say there were no supervisors available today. I tried to get him to clarify because he told me someone would call me back today but apparently no supervisors were working.
    I just want the payment that I made and that was cashed credited to my account so that I do not need to keep calling. My account hold is 30 days and if I do not continually call this will begin impacting my credit.
