    Hi I first to start with my information was looked upon by employee who did not provide care to me. Who looked in my medical records and saw my diagnosis. UPMC can easily see my rights was violated and wanted person terminated. I have not taken legal action but will if I have too. I want a full investigation on my medical records by UPMC that everyone who looked into my health records provided me care. I want this immediately investigated. Secondly I was told by UPMC via phone not in writing that I can no longer be a candidate for kidney transplant. When I have 4 people lined up to give me their kidney, or willing to do a kidney swap. I want an explanation of why. I had over 5 surgeries because my of issues with my chest port. I enter ER with employees sleeping in booth and reported this to several ER staff. I want an investigation.

    To further investigate, additional information is required. Please have consumer identify the alleged employee that accessed his medical records and the time span of when the event(s) had taken place. Without this information, we cannot proceed with our investigation.
