      Stayed 9/16/22-9/17/22, paid $101.60. Room 325. 3:30am daughter wakes up with bug on her. We find bugs on the bed, bathroom floor and tub, and in the night stand. Discovered that when we saw a big one crawl in it. We immediately pack our stuff and leave. I go to front desk, gentlemen tells me to put the key cards in the box on the desk. I told him I want refunded, tells me no. Call Manager later. Manager tells me no. Gave me GM's email. I email him and he tells me the pictures I sent are not from his hotel in Pittsburgh. I email him the pictures with the location on them showing the hotel in Pittsburgh. I also tell him that 2 gentlemen got in the elevator when we did and said they were going down to ask for a new room because there was blood spots on their sheets. I showed him the pictures I just took and they were not impressed either. I'm still being told no. I want a refund and want that hotel inspected. I am attaching pictures. Thank you.

      Also, not sure why it's saying 4 Points Sheridan 1 Industry Lane, Pittsburgh because it's https://www.*************************************************************************************************** that is 1 Industry Lane.

      The guest has to contact her third party booking agent to get the refund, we will process the refund once the third party agent contacts us
