    After putting me in a booked room on a mistake on their end due to me not having my physical ID , after losing my wallet at their front desk; they decided to 1) kick me out. 2) not refund my money

    Very unsafe hotel. Very dangerous. Lock did not work on door but they would not refund my money. I have been trying to get my money back but they will not cooperate. I walked to my room. Was threatened by someone from an open door who was obviously drunk or high. Walked in my room. When I realized the lock was broke I went to desk and asked for a refund. They were unbelievably rude.
