    Jfcs was court appointed to be my legal guardian and my Rep payee. Since jfcs was court appointed there has been multiple problems. My Rep payee from jfcs is not paying my bills and now I'm in debt. My legal guardian from jfcs is not looking out for my best interest. My legal guardian from jfcs is named Mallory B******. Mallory has refused to give me the services that I need in order to be in a safe living environment. Mallory has refused to let me get fixed after being raped 23 times. When I was homeless Mallory did not help me in any way shape or form. She has never helped me with shelter when I needed it, she has never came to a hospital to make the decisions that I was unable to make, and she is straight disrespectful and rude towards not only me but my family as well. Knowing that I am in an unsafe environment, Mallory refuses to help me get to safe environment. There are police investigations, guardianship investigations, and abuse investigations going on currently because of situations Mallory refuses to deal with. Legal guardian on August 16th 2019. Mallory knows that she is not fit to be my guardian and that jfcs cannot be my Rep payee but will not let a more competent person replace her as my legal guardian. My mom is my rock and the only reason why I'm still living. I am 35 but I have needs that need to be addressed. Mallory is not addressing any of them. Mallory refuses to let me visit my parents or my friends because of some personal reason. I would like Mallory to step down from guardianship and let my mom the my guardian and my Rep payee. I would like to get my spending money without Mallory spending some of my personal money on her personal expenses. I would also like jfcs pay my bills and get me out of debt. There's a lot of things that should be happening that is not and I am suffering the consequences of Mallory's poor incompetent actions.

    Hi, I would like to inform you that I have resolved the issues with JFCS Refugee & Immigration today. We have agreed for them to transfer guardianship of me over to my mom. Doing this resolves all the issues I had with them. I am very happy that we worked everything out.

    JFCS has put my daughter ****** ******** life in jeopardy everyday especially since she has been under control of JFCS and Providence Home care. Neither of them care weather ****** dies or not. JFCS has allowed Providence to have incompetent people in charge of Providence. They have threatened her, told her they don't care what happens to her, leave her alone and lie consistently. Her supposed staff takes other housemate out and makes ****** walk by herself, having seizures, panic attacks, asthma, passes out along with other health and behavioral health problems. They overdose her, mismanage her medications consistantly, eat her food, sleep all day and on their phone all day which is against Providence rules. No one in charge of ******, JFCS, Mallory B******, Providence or anyone Providence hires has helped her since she moved there, 8 months ago. She hasn't had a therapist this whole time and Mallory says she can't move back home until she does, but refuses to make Providence let ****** have her right to a therapist or other medical issues. They refuse ****** help, but always lisens to her personality Tyson. ****** has dissacociative identilty disorder and they refuse to believe it after being shown proof from 2 doctors. ****** is more unstable now then she ever was. ****** got an appointment herself for Wednesday for a therapist since they won't. They refuse to let her see her medical records. They are keeping her against her will like a hostage and it has become extremely evident that ****** has declined drastically since her move there. Even thou Mallory at JFCS has told ****** that once again, she refuses to allow ****** to have any kind of services while she is at my house. So many hippa laws and human rights laws have been broken. My daughter is on the Autism spectrum and has many behavior health issues. My desire and ******'s is for her to come back home. These people shouldn't be allowed to continue to torture my daughter on a continual daily basis.

    Hi, I wanted to add a couple of things to the complaint. First JFCS hasn't given my daughter her money for the month of May, and aren't returning any of her calls. Also, ****** has extremely bad dental problems and was on a list to see about getting her teeth out and the dentist no longer takes her insurance. Providence says ****** has to wait a year for an appointment. She already has had a really bad infection and was on pain meds and it's starting up again. Her face was so swollen before and is started to swell again. There are pictures.  Mallory from JFCS lets Providence neglect ******. Another thing I wanted you to know is that they said no one wants to work with ******, but refuse to send her home. Mallory also has told them not to have contact with me in any case. ****** is also on medication Buspar which is extremely bad for her. ****** cries all the time because they have made her feel like she doesn't exist. As her mother that is also neglect.
