This company will take as much money as they possibly can out of your pocket. There is a $400 pet fee, $200 of which goes right into their pocket and will not be used towards the apartment upon move out. Then when you do move out, they will find any reason to keep your security deposit and charge you extra, whether the damages were already there upon move in or not. I was charged $75 to clean the carpet, which they then decided to replace and therefore charged $560 more. $900 completely down the drain. Additionally, the ** is horrible and when calling maintenance about it they said to keep your blinds shut. Do not rent with these apartments. They are just looking to rip you off and dont actually care about their tenants in any way.

There was an interaction with this consumer. This review is from a former resident that appeared to prefer to have her pets use her carpet instead of taking them outside to eliminate their waste. To be clear, this was not a situation where the pet had one or two accidents. As a policy, we always make an effort to clean a carpet to see if we can salvage it and avoid the replacement costs being charged to our residents. The carpet cleaners that we hired could barely stand to remain in the unit to perform the cleaning due to the incredible odor. We had to apply an antibacterial treatment to the subfloor of her apartment in an attempt to quell the stink and prevent permanent damage to the apartment. The resident was not charged for this treatment. The experience with this resident has led to a change in that company-wide policy: when it is clearly evident that no amount of cleaning or treatment will allow a carpet to remain we now replace it immediately. (Also, $560 + $75 = $635, not $900.)Regarding the claim about ** being horrible, this resident made one maintenance call about her ** system not keeping her bedroom cool and that call also referenced a window that would not close. Our technician responded within an hour, at that time the resident advised that she did manage to close the window. We tested output of the ** system and it was operating normally. The resident never made another request or complaint about her ** system. We suspect that the bedroom did not stay cool because the window was open, it had nothing to do with the ** operations.

******************************** In ******* is the absolute worse apartment complex I have ever stayed at. The leasing office is full of incompetent individuals who dont care about their jobs or the tenants. Recently had an issue where the electric stopped working for anything 200v or more. This made it so my A/C and oven stopped working, making my apartment 93 degrees! I was not given an answer for compensation, a solution or an alternative just a bunch of empty apologies.
