      Scott,from Windo Van Go, came out to measure for 9 blinds on May 18,2023.On May 30,2023 I received and email they were ordered and going to take approximately 3 week. We gave a deposit of 880.00 on our Visa. Half of the total.

      I had not heard anything from him so I contacted him by email on July 12,2023. I ask the status.On July 14 he makes an installation date for July 28. On July 27 I email asked if we were still on for the 28. He replied his installer was getting them ready and they were damaged. He would have to re order them.They would be top priority.

      Aug 11 I emailed and asked the status of the blinds. They were in he will install them August 16. They were installed. The rollers don't work efficiency. The one blind got stuck when pulled down and hasn't been up since. They were all wrinkled and one was actually to large for the frame as you can see in one picture. The installer agreed the were not acceptable and would be reordered.

      Scott texted me on August 17 and said they are having them remade with a new mechanism. He said he would keep me posted.

      On October 18 I emailed and canceled the blinds for a refund. . He replied that he tried to contact me they were in and he would install them October 24. I replied we still wanted an refund because we feel they are not good quality and we are not receiving good service after 5 months. If something were to happen with the new ones he wouldn't service them.

      He never replied.

      I have had to contact him every time to see the status. Then he always replies he has them.

      **** **** purchased blinds from us for  8 regular blinds, & one motorized with remote that was a different fabric.  The motorized blind and remote were in perfect condition.  The other blinds had wrinkles in the fabric. We had them remade with an upgraded cord loop system at no added cost to her.  We can install those blinds any time that is convenient for the customer.  I've attached a copy of the receipt, as you can see the motorized blind was 570.00 and the remote 52.00,  With tax that comes to 658.34 for   She gave a deposit of 880.00,  The customer has not paid any additional. toward the blinds.
