    We ordered balloons for an event, placing the order a few weeks prior. Upon the date of delivery, the company was over an hour late even though we had a very firm deadline that was communicated in advance. After 1.5 hours of waiting and limited answers from the company, we asked for a refund as it did not look like they would be arriving and it was well past the deadline. I waited a few days and did not hear back from the company and did not receive a refund. I check my statement and was charged 4x the amount the receipt was for. The services were supposed to be for around $250, but my card was charged twice: once for $550 and once for $551. I emailed them and received a response that they would work to resolve it. Another week past and I followed back up and received no answer. I called them twice and have not received a call back, but that charges are still on my account with no explanation on why it was 4x the amount discussed. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, which I am currently waiting to hear back from. I have the receipt and call logs/emails if needed.

    WARNIG!!!! I have been ordering from Traci (the OWNER) since we moved to Pittsburgh. You would think loyalty alone would have fixed this situation. Balloonatics messed up my order in every way possible, being the only décor I had for my sons COLLEGE GRADUATION party in June, the party was ruined. She didn't return texts or calls and refused to refund my money, $420+ for 3 small center pieces and 2 small towers, OUTRAGEOUS! I received these laughable balloons the night before the party. I called all over Pittsburgh to get new décor and or balloons and could get nothing because of time constraints. NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE! I have photos attached. No. 1 being what I ordered, No. 2 what I received!
