    Calhoun Landscaping & Pressure Washing LLC agreed to install landscaping fabric to the outside of my home. Two fairly large areas. Calhoun Landscaping provided the fabric and fabric staples to hold material down. They also used some of the existing staples that were worn and rusted from prior landscaping fabric that was there for approximately 2 years. Installed on 3/6/2023 and on 3/26/23 approximately 2 weeks later the fabric and staples were destroyed and came apart and ripped. Although there were some heavy winds within 2 weeks it was destroyed. If properly installed should have never been pulled from the ground and ripped away. I had landscaping material installed by a different contractor prior and it latest almost two years with proper installation. I paid $300.00 for the installation, and they have done nothing to fix or reimburse at least half of the cost I paid in full when work was completed.

    These are false complaints again my company. The fabric lasted a month before we had a huge rain storms with very high winds. I encouraged client to get landscaping done to better secure the fabric. I put 100s of stables to ensure it will not fail. The landscaping is all on a slope. Over time dirt and rock moves and with bad weather the winds can knock roofs off let alone fabric.
