      Recommend not using this business. I could write a book on why, but let's keep it easy. He isn't insured, yet his van indicates he is insured. I stated over the phone I'd need a copy for my records; he said no problem. When I pressed him on it face to face, he eventually fessed up he didn't have insurance. He didn't clean up all of his cuttings. He cut branches off of a tree we didn't authorize. He failed to cut branches that he himself said needed to be cut. He told us he'd be on time; he was never on time. He told us he'd fertilize the trees; he didn't. He had multiple excuses for every mistake he made. There's more, but here's the point. He isn't honest, he isn't on time, he's not professional. I wish I would have taken the time to research him. Please don't make the same mistake I did; research him.
