    I spent $1,800 on keralase treatments that was getting me 6 months of treatments to help grow my hair back not only did I not grow any hair back at all including peach fuzz my hair actually got thinner during that 6 months according to people who know me and the girl that cuts my hair

    We contacted the patient to schedule a consultation with our doctor, and after discussing with the doctor today, we reached out immediately. The patient has not complied with the recommended products advised by two different aestheticians. These products are crucial for achieving optimal results with the treatment.

    The patient signed a consent form acknowledging that no guarantees are given regarding the results of any services or treatments. It was emphasized that while we strive for excellent outcomes, the patient's adherence to the recommended treatments is essential for achieving the best possible results.

    We have adhered to all guidelines set by our doctor. If a patient chooses not to comply with these recommendations, unfortunately, the results may not meet expectations.
    We always respond to our patients with respect and honesty, ensuring they are fully informed about the importance of following recommended protocols for achieving optimal results.
