Worst attorney I've ever had! They did absolutely nothing for me for 2 years except lie to me then robbed me for a third of my money the insurance company already had offered me previously before hiring them then they withheld my payment and broke it into two small payments for a very serious injury that I still have problems with years later and will have for the rest of my life. for two years they did nothing and in the last two months as the time was about to expire I had to call repeatedly every week just to make sure they would do something and just as time was about to expire they told me that my case wasn't bad enough but every other lawyer I've talked to said they would have got me Millions for facial scars and a serious neck injury for being a passenger and a vehicle that crashed in the airbag went off after the crash as I was coming to knocking my head back from the dashboard into the seat and had to be pulled out of the car when did physical therapy for months and wasn't able to move my neck for about a year

Your post is a total falsehood, ****************. You had an accident in 2014. You retained ** in 2015, we received an initial offer of $7,500, got that increased to $8,000.00, and we advised you we felt that your claim was worth the liability limits of $15,000.00 and urged you to file suit. You advised us you were desperate for money, we obtained an offer of $10,000.00 WHICH YOU ACCEPTED instead of pursuing a lawsuit as we recommended!We communicated with you regularly during this process, as we do with all of our clients. We urged you to file suit, but YOU CHOOSE to accept the $10,000.00. At Berger and Green we provide experienced, professional representation of our clients. We communicate with them regularly and give them our advice on how to proceed based on our over 40 years of experience. The CLIENT always the final decision, and your decision was to settle. Remove your false post.
