    We used Full Service Network from Approximately Dec 2018 to Dec 2020. During that time, we had many issues come up with the service, they could not provide things that were promised. We gave them 2 years to correct these things, and ended up having to leave, because it was hurting our business. We ended up going to another phone service provider, and they are able to do exactly what we, or any business should expect from a phone provider (Such as placing callers on hold and in line for the next available employee instead of going straight to voicemail, etc, nothing too special) It was not a problem that Full Service Network was not able to perform these, it was a problem that they said we had a 5 year contract, and wanted a ridiculous amount of money to stop service. But the only reason that we stopped the service, is that they could not do what they said they could do in the beginning. I had been trying to resolve towards the end, and they just stopped responding, so we cancelled. We returned all of their equipment as agreed. Then we received a bill for a ton of money, Forward to now, they have a collection agency trying to collect $22,000.00 from us for the remainder of a 5 year contract. Which this contract was not even signed by the owner here, and Full Service Network could not provide the services as agreed. Thats the only reason we cancelled. As a note in case not clear, all bills were paid as they should have been up to the point where we cancelled. This $22,000.00 is an amount for future business that they say we owe for cancelling, this is not for services performed.

    To say the least, we disagree with this complaint.  This account is in collections for non-payment.  The business should work with the collection agency to reach a settlement.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

     

     Refer to the original complaint. Its not our non payment, it was all described there. Your response does not cover anything that was said or the problems we had.

     The reason that we left was that you could not perform the services that were promised.    And with that, you try to hold us to some ridiculous long term contract as stated. All bills were paid in full for the services that we used.

     Your lack of a detailed response goes back to the problems that we had before. You do not care about the customer or what is right. I am absolutely NOT satisfied with this reply.
