      Very bad customer service , from mat earfley , received damaged products , dents , microwave that did not work , was sold handles for stove , for ****** that they never delivered the refrigerator, and will not take back the handles , had to buy different brand , repair man installed, a new dishwasher, it has a dent in it. Waited a year ,still dont have new undamaged dishwasher

      Frustrated and not happy. I ordered a light for my stove. It didn't even last a year and it was $37 with tax!!! I called on 12.5.22 nd they reordered. I called back 10 days later because I didn't receive it and the lady said it wasn't ordered so she re-ordered and said I'd have it by the 18th. I really needed it by Christmas ***** for baking. I finally arrived 12.27.22. NEVER AGAIN.

      We apologize that your light lasted less than a year. We do not manufacture the bulbs.The bulb not getting ordered on time was on Don's Appliances personal and we are constantly working to improve our processes and teams. We will look into why and work to improve.

      We bought a whirlpool refrigerator from dons appliances on ******** ** last October 2021 and have had issues right from the start with freezer we had to wait three months for a part. It has been two months since our refrigerator has stopped working completely had to throw hundreds of dollars of food away. I keep calling and calling to speak to a manager No one I repeat No one calls back. This is terrible customer service. Beware they will take your money and they do not want to hear back from you.

      Don's Appliances is a sales and service company. We are not the manufacturer. We value customer service and I am not sure where the disconnect is coming from the first service call we have on an ice maker is in June. The 2nd service call was in October. This unit was delivered 9-28-2021 Please find our history...Unit purchased 8-28-2021 delivered 9-28-2021 Ice maker not working 10-21-2021 Repaired 6-7-2022 Part was on backorder from Whirlpool.Not cooling on 10-10-2022 service call scheduled.
