    A creative agency was hired to deliver production files for 3 commercials for retail company ******* ********.
    We agreed on the below deliverables and indicated what was not delivered, after full payment was sent of $205K.

    - 2 x :30 commercials, per season (6 total). (We only received 1 per season, for 3 total)
    - 3 x :15, per season (9 total). (We only received 2 for BTS, 1 for Holiday, 1 for Spring, for 4 total.)
    1 - 2 versions of 6 second bumper ads, per season (6-12 total). (We received 1 total.)
    -Working files – Did not receive
    -Broadcast versions—Did not receive
    -Raw footage—Received

    The “final” files also, include demo music which will need to be replaced. This was a complete surprise to us and was considered paid for in the initial payment.

    In addition, delivery of these assets was more than 4 months behind schedule, despite our team’s efforts to be always responsive and available to the 1903 teams. We have missed two campaign launches due to production delays. Initially, 1903 guaranteed us they could complete the first round of commercials in 2 weeks.
