      1. We signed a contract with MasonGoats Construction on 6/24/23
      2. Contract states that the start date would be 8/10/23 and worst case start date would be 9/15/2023
      3. We sent the deposit to them of $1,275 per the contract we would receive a start date after that
      4. We never heard anything and had been following up. On 9/12/2023 Charles Y***** stated he had to fire employees for misconduct. Also, that there are 5 jobs ahead of us, and they are all 1-2 days, and he would provide a start date that day.
      5. We never heard back from Charles and had been following up via voicemail and email (which I have attached).
      6. I contacted on 10/9/2023 asking for an update. Charles replied back within 3 minutes and said we should hear from him that day. We have yet. We have followed up via email daily and have left voicemails which have gone unanswered.

      We ended up going with a different company who has scheduled us as we needed to have this issue fixed before winter / end of season to avoid further damage to our house.

      On June 19, 2023, I contracted with Masongoats to remove materials that had been placed in a wall in my house at *** ******** **** in Pittsburgh, PA. On June 22, I sent them the required deposit of $730. The check posted on July 5. Between July 6 and August 21, I attempted to work with them to schedule that work. They failed to give me a definite date. On August 21, they responded to an email asking about this work by saying that they were canceling it and would refund the deposit. They wrote by email: "We do not need your small amount of funds or your small job. We are now here by terminating this work order and will issue a refund payment within the next 7 to 10 days." I have been in touch with them ever since that date and they have offered various claims about how they will be getting the money to me, but they have consistently failed to do that. I am fed up and simply want my money back for work they have not done.

      We contract MasonGoats in June of 2022 for work on our newly purchased home. They were to start by 7/15. They did not show up and I had to constantly hound them for an update. The project manager Charles Y**** was condescending, rude and accused us of racism. They finally showed up with 45 minutes notice at the cut-off date on the contract. They came at 4PM and started the job. They were unprofessional and careless with our property. They broke two windows while working on one lintel. When we inquired about when they'd be returning to finish, they said we'd have to wait because we gave them a hard time. Two things occurred that are hardly giving someone a hard time. 1. Our side of the street has no parking signs posted so we asked that they move to the other side to avoid getting ticketed and also as to not block the road because buses come through. 2. They haphazardly threw scaffolding on our lawn taking no care for our property. We spoke with the co-director Mark and he promised us a refund for the work as we did not wish to continue with their services. We instructed them to have their belongings off our property within 2 business days or we'd consider them trespassing. They made sure to take care of this in ample time. This was late September of 2022 and we have yet to receive our money back. My texts have now gone unanswered since April and any emails I send are returned undeliverable.

      I have attached a copy of our contract, a lot of email correspondence and text messages with the co-director Mark. We were promised $1184.68 as a refund as we agreed to pay for the one window they worked on. They were made aware of the property damage (broken windows) and said they'd fix or compensate but we didn't even broach that further.

      In September 2022 masongoats came to give me estimate I agreed gave them a deposit of $3300.00 for last year 100 of emails going back and forth asking them to return my money because they were not licensed to work wheeling W.V.and they knew that.until I have not gotten any money .
