    Full payment for double head stone with engraving, foundation laid, and after care of monument. Which includes future addition of engraving of pictures, poem and dates. This service was paid in full in May 2024. I was ensured that the work would be completed in three to four months. In September I asked to have pictures sent staff (Tamis) stated she would. She did not, continued to evade questioning and would not give information to the completion of the job. November 1st I visited with my daughter and Tamis was not able to show that any work had been done at all. At that time she promised it would done at the end of November and, again, promised to send pictures. None have been received and no calls to myself or daughter.

    Dates are continuously provided to have the monument installed on my mothers grave since the time of signing the contract (May 25 2023). I would like it installed by July 22nd 2024 on my mothers birthday. Period! No excuses! My brother-in-law has been waiting just to have a year chiseled on his mothers grave stone. Why should it take a year to get out to a grave and chisel a year on a stone already their?
