  ********************* is literally the kindest most caring loan officer *** ever worked with. She is top of the class service. I couldnt be more happier with her.

  Loan officer ***************************** was the absolute worst! Missed the first closing date because he didn't read the contract & " thought he had more time". A closing extension was offered to close 2 days after Thanksgiving. He missed that date because he did't file the CD & blamed everyone else. Rather than notify the parties, everyone had signed ******************** asked for funding before he told anyone, even though he knew it wouldn't close a week earlier. Another extension was offered & 2 days before closing he notified buyer he had "misread" the **************** needed an extra 10 % ($65k) down. Doesn't read contracts. Doesn't follow through to be sure the right paperwork is done. Literally yells at anyone that calls him out on his mistakes. Threw a temper tantrum on the phone rather than working towards solutions. The absolute most unprofessional human I've ever worked with.

  I purchased a home a little over a year ago and used Victorian Finance as my mortgage lender. My loan was a unique case, but my loan officer was fantastic with walking me through the best options for my scenario and made me feel confident in my decisions. As a first-time homebuyer without a co-borrower, I was nervous to go through the process, but it was so much easier than expected. I remember the process my brother went through when he used his local bank for his mortgage, so that's what I was expecting. Victorian made the process so much easier with the ability to fill out most of the information they needed and send forms digitally through their app. I was able to get most of the application and paperwork done from my couch, which I appreciate as a millennial. Anytime I had questions, my loan officer was happy to hop on a video call and walk me through things. I'm happy I trusted Victorian with this big step in my life! I never thought I'd own a home this early in life!

  I purchased my home with a mortgage from Victorian Finance in June of 2021. I had complex finances, multiple 1099s, w2s, and I was a first-time homebuyer. Still, my loan officer ******* was very helpful and walked me through every step of the process (and explained things in easily understood language that made sense to the average person). My experience was stress-free, and I felt secure throughout. Communication is 10/10. I have recommended Victorian Finance to multiple friends and family members, all of whom have reported back with equally good experiences.
