    I booked a move with College Hunks Hauling Junk on 4/9/25. I cancelled the booking on 4/10/25. I received a cancellation email and was told that my $49 deposit would be refunded within 7-10 business days. After more than 10 days, I called the business to inquire about my refund to my credit card. I was given multiple excuses, such as we dont count Fridays, etc. After multiple calls over the following couple weeks, still no refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I called the company again and I asked for a corporate number and was given the number of ****, the Pittsburgh manager. I contacted **** and he assured me he would resolve the dispute. Unfortunately, it was still not resolved after checking on it after an additional week. I contacted my credit card company and updated them on my conversation with ****. I tried contacting **** twice by phone since and left messages. I also texted him once. No further response from ****. I called the company again on 5/15/25 and spoke to a representative that said there was nothing they can do and told me to wait to hear back from someone.Its been well over a month now and is still not resolved. I have no other avenues to contact anyone from this company.

    I had the College HUNKS hauling and moving company move furniture on April 15, 2025. The movers admitted that they did not secure an item on the truck which shifted during the move and damaged my china closet (see images). I completed paperwork related to the damaged item before the movers left and they said I would receive a call within 24 hours. I never received a call so I reached out to the manager (****) the following week and sent him pictures of the damage on April 23, 2025. He informed me that the movers did not submit the paperwork about the damaged item and said he would reach out to the movers and get back to me. I have not heard anything back from College HUNKS about the damaged item since then and I have contacted them several times. It has been three weeks and I have no resolution. I am also not able to unpack my belongings and put them in the china closet because I do not know how they are going to repair (or replace) the item. I also noticed immediately after the move that the movers put a shelf back on my book case with the pin that holds the shelf up missing, so when I went to put my items on the shelf it collapsed. I also informed the manager about this. I am requesting a full refund ($516.43) for the move as I have a damaged item that is part of a set that cost me over $2000 and I have been very patient waiting for a remedy for the situation and not being able to fully move into my home for almost a month. The College HUNKS did not fulfill their promise and have ignored my damage claim.
