    I called for appmt Dec 15. 12:30p , i went to private home and we went to a neighbor home w salon space. I did not see a business card. Stacy did a manicure w.gel polish. Saturday 12-16, 6a, i woke w ONE nail polish missing, washed my hands and two down the drain. 8a called to report to her > voicemail left message. 10a, called again > vm left message. 12:47p, a call came from same number (11sec.)NO MESSage. 12:56p i texted her w pic of NOW 5 nailpolish have come off. By my evening event, all but one were OFF. That thumb nail still has my original polish ON! Today Dec 18 10am called again > vm asked for refund/ call/ or something

    Hello I am very disturbed by this complaint. First off I do not check my voicemails therefore I wasn't aware of the complaint until I received your letter on Jan. 10th 2024. I am very upset about the details started as there is no way this gel polish came off in sheets as shown in the picture unless the polish was peeled off. I have been doing nails for 20yrs and since gel polish came out I have never seen this happen unless you were a child because children produce excessive oils on there nails. Therefore I don't believe that ****l is the only person ever whose polish has popped off as she has stated. I rendered a service to ****l as I have to do many before her and I feel I did my job properly and adequately that I don't feel it's fair for me to have to repay for a service that I did properly.
