    Our company orderd over $2000.00 worth of parts for a **** GT0, and was insured by the sales man any damage to the parts would be taken car of. I was told to inspect before unloading the truck,and we did. I was told to reject parts if the damages were major, or if they were not to bad they would take care of it with me just give them a call. Well that is all a lie. I did exactly what they said and excepted the parts and they only had a few smaller dents and bent over edges. I called them back and have been given a runaround for a month or two being told not to use them or anything as they were sending a investigater to inspect them. That never happened either. They basically just emailed back finally and said they would not do anything to help. Event though there paking was very inadequit and they charged over $500.00 for shipping, but won't stand behind there parts or there word.

    Long story short, there was extensive damage to a freight shipment and it was not noted at the time of delivery. We were contacted by customer and submitted a claim with the freight company. As we waited to hear back from the freight company, we kept in touch with the customer, providing updates. The claim was denied due to the damage not being noted. All of this happened over the course of less than two weeks. We then issued a partial refund to the customer to help offset the damage.
