Bait and Switch complaint. Vehicle listed on the website was different that what was quoted when I got there. The manager didn't know how they got the cost of the vehicle down that far on the website. I spent 30 min to drive there to get lied to. Secondly, they go under Blue Book for trade-ins.

Horrible! charged us $300 for nothing and put the car back together, said they had to wait 5 days for parts and could not keep the vehicle there. Left and we broke down on the way home causing more issues and and damage beyond what we went in for. Told us not to come back that they don't want to work on older cars.

We bought a 2021 wide body charger scat pack from this dealership in April 2022. While purchasing the vehicle, they were not giving us a fair value for our trade in, and after the purchase, we found out months later that the information on the car fax was false. We bought the 2021 charger at 5,000 miles, but they put 34,000 miles on the car fax. We contacted *** ***** about the problem and have been waiting since October for a solution…. It is currently the end of April. Everytime we go to trade the car in we lose value in the car because of the car fax and there is absolutely nothing we can do on our end and *** ***** dealership is saying the same thing. They are also giving us low value on the car because of the mistake THEY MADE!

Horrible experience overall with sales/parts/body shop ***** Take my vehicle in to be fixed not once but twice. They are a bunch of BS-ers stating the problem was fixed when in fact it wasnt. It shouldnt take 2 tries to correct something thats under warranty and the issue is one that is known to happening with a certain make and model. The manager and staff were extremely RUDE (side note there were a few kind and professional employees), they have no care how you feel to get issues resolved, they point fingers and blame others for their mistakes or just down right have no answer and say well I dont know what to tell you. They need to revamp their staffing and get people who care and want to make things right. ***************************** should be ashamed how his employees respond and treat customers unless he himself is the same way. Im not one to say the customer is always right, however work together to get things resolved to make it right. With the attitudes and down right ignorance you all have its no wonder people are leaving the negative reviews. I was hoping for a different outcome and giving this dealership a chance but unfortunately thats not the case. Take what you want from this review good or bad, deal with them or not, I am just stating my experience along with others. I will never return and being in sales I wouldnt have a job if I treated people like they do. With that being said, I will make sure to never recommend anyone to *** Lewis for purchases or service.

I had a diagnostics test ran on my car because I told Tech:07 that my windshield wipers had stopped working. I was told they would have to run a diagnostics to see what the problem was and it would cost $130.00. After running the test I was told by Tech:07 that the problem was the wiper motor and it would cost $400.00 to replace it. I returned on April 18 and had the motor replaced. I was told by Tech:07 that the motor now worked but only on high speed. He said that the **** was bad and would need replaced. After the motor was supposedly replaced I checked it to see if it was at least running in high gear.( I was sitting in my car waiting for them to check the tire pressure, as I had also had a tire rotation and they hadn't checked the tire pressure after the rotation) It was not working. I told another man, who asked me if he could help (Tech:07 was on the phone) that the wipers were still not working even on high. He said he would "take a look at it". He turned the wipers on and off several times then said that the old motor had shorted out the **** and it would have to be replaced. I asked this person, if the **** was bad why didn't it show up on the diagnostics that they ran. He said that a diagnostics was only to give a "starting point" in fixing the problem. I said "You mean to tell me, I paid $130+ for a diagnosis that you use only as a 'process of elimination'?" I then said "You told me the problem was the motor." They said nothing about guessing if this was the problem. This is when the man smacked my car door and said "we are done talking."

I bought 2 used cars from this dealership since 2016,both cars needed new brakes in less than a year. When I bought the last car it needed new brakes front and back in 9 month's. When I complained that this seemed to be a recurring problem they said they would help me out with the cost. Since then they have not only not helped with the cost, they won't even return my calls. Do not deal with these people unless you are looking for a terrible experience.
