    Excellent experience! Pricing and installation timeline were much better than their competitors. The installation team showed up on time, had a great attention to detail, and communicated well through the process. Oh, and the flooring looks incredible. Thank you, Young Brothers!!!

    Worst work I've personally ever seen. Spent $30k+ to have new hardwood floors and carpet installed. Every room they worked in, something was damaged. Tile got chipped in the bathroom that was later blamed on me. The contractor doing our kitchen was also blamed for other damage. Work installing the hardwood on the steps was so poorly done (twice, they torn it out and started over), we had to hire someone else. We've had to have numerous boards cut out and replaced because of chipping, cracking, or damage during install. Almost a year later and we are still finding things wrong. Oh yeah, the gaps... gaps everywhere...

    The core of our business and our exhibited longevity has been predicated on keeping our customers happy. Our Angies List/Google/House reviews prove that, and we were most recently voted as the Best of the Best by the Pittsburgh Tribune review. For this specific issue, we have reached out to the owner on multiple occasions to do what is needed. We have yet to hear from this customer. Our manager was onsite during the installation to ensure that any issues were addressed. After being contacted by the customer initially after the installation, we sent a technician to correct the stated flooring issues. We have been proactive at seeking a solution, but we cannot rectify an issue without open communication.
