    I had a phone call experience and the owner was condescending and his attitude needs an adjustment.

    Customer was upset that she didn'get a thank you not for a gift she asked me to hold off in sending until a later date that still hasn't transpired and was rather snarky when I reminder her that she asked me not to send it .... she also said she never got a receipt and I responded with I have the email that she responded when I did send the receipt and I forwarded it to her ... that said there is no pleasing some people and clearly there are some other issues here and our 50 plus years in retail should speak for themselves. ps... she still doesn't want the gift sent for a few more weeks and reminded me that when i said I could send today!
