    I ordered a product on October 9 2023 and it is now November 18, 2023 with no product in hand. I have emailed the service department several times and the response was it takes 8-15 days to ship, it's been over a month. I tried to email again and am no longer getting a response so tried a different email and it's an insufficient email. There is no contact phone number to be able to talk to a live person. This company needs to be shut down immediately before they scam anyone else out of their hard earned money.

    I order some babybliss hair clippers on September 24 2023 for $81.20 and research the company because I never herd of having a tracking number with no destination to pick it up from a hub once it arrives plus it's over due past the do date to receive my clippers so I reached out to them with no response all I have is a email from a Alexia Wat saying nothing of my order and the bogus shipping company called EURINEXPESS the tracking information I have ************** hope this may give you more insight on this matter cause it a serious issue...

    Purchase made 9/20/2023 for two Fisher Price 12 volt ride on toy batteries . Amount charged to my card is $76.40 . Received confirmation from Daorniis for the order-Order number *********** . Item for sale has been taken off listing and the company does not answer any attempt to contact them . Item was also listed with free shipping if over 50 dollars .

    I received an email my order was processing. and the money was taken out of my credit card account way back in May 2023. I have been trying to contact them. It says to reply to this email. If you have any questions I never received any tracking information for my order of this handtruck but they took my money. I have been trying to get in contact with him for a long time. I’d really like my money back since they never sent this item.

    Order a 40 volt Kobalt battery. On July 17 2023. Did receive a email thanking me for my order. With a order number **********, dated July 28, 2023, Status Processing, order amount $64.50. payment method was left blank. shipping was free over $50. Just happen to take a picture of this and then it just disappeared. Then when it showed up on my bank statement it showed that it was for some kind of watch. So at this time disputed the charge. They are also looking into it. However thought I should go one step farther and let the Better Business Bureau know. They should be shut down. Would like my money back. If it hadn’t been for checking my back statement would of thought it was was a ok company.

    I purchased a dog kennel from Daornis, on July 1 .2023. They charged my card, and gave me a tracking number *************. I was able to track the package all the way to Fayetteville, and then it said delivered and signed for. I never recieved it. Now i cant contact anyone and i dont even know the shipping companies name. I want a refund of my 52.00 dollars that was charged to my card.

    Hello I ordered a pole for 33.90 which it's nothing but its the principle of people taking advantage find a real job its not ok to steal from people I would like a refund please and thank you.

    June 25 2023 Bought a scooter for $64.90 They have not got back me after 3 emails I want my money or the scooter at full price
