    i placed a order ORDER (*******) for energy drinks from this company jstwrk on around march 19th . i paid extra for insurance in case the order arrived damaged , this order totaled just under 50 pounds and was placed into one box and each side of the box had only 1 piece of tape . this is not enough tape for a box that weighs almost 50 pounds . i was very unhappy with the way this was sent to me . also in the box the product had very little to no protection what so ever . so the product moved around freely during shipment causing the cans to get damaged . i was told i had to send pictures of the box and damaged product in order for them to come up with a resolution . i had no idea i had to save the box and cans and take pictures of them . i had already cut up the box and threw away the damaged sticky cans . if they required pictures they should mention that to the customer when the customer pays for the insurance. im very unhapppy with this . i am requesting a refund for the 4 damaged cans or please send me new ones .
